Delma Davies Profile:

Delma Davies began her professional career as a Trainee Accountant in Western Australia with Weston James & Associates. In the years that followed, Delma worked in a variety of fields including banking, manufacturing, construction, hospitality and marketing. Beginning her own Consulting firm in 1987, Delma has successfully serviced clients small and large, from James Hardie to Edgley Entertainment. As a COMET (Commercialisation of Merging Technologies) provider, Delma worked with new inventions and inventors preparing documentation and business plans to assist new technologies to raise capital and ultimately reach market.

Delma Davies, a woman of considerable intelligence, personality and drive, was always destined to head a large organisation, but it took a near tragedy for her to create the organisation she now leads.

The year was 1996 and her nine-month-old baby boy, Shae, was hospitalised as a result of a prescribed overdose of antibiotics. What he received was a dose of antibiotics for a 19 year-old rather than a nine month old, and mother and child were plunged into a nightmare of chasing health.

Today, Shae betrays no signs of the ill health that stalked him for nearly nine years but he is living testimony to the journey he and his mother undertook, often in defiance of traditional Western medicine. Alan's career began in radio and then television as Channel 9's first newsreader in Perth, Western Australia. However, it was in London during his sojourn in public relations that he first became aware of the growing revival of natural medicine against the ever more powerful stance of The Therapeutic State.

Now, for in excess of thirty five years, Alan has been actively interested in quality of health care, both nutritionally and socially. He has invested a great deal of time and energy into wide-ranging issues, from the physical and human rights treatment of mental patients, to the adverse social implications of poisonous drug taking and addiction, to the encouraging successes of bona fide detoxification methods.

Alan was a founding member in 1969, of the internationally renowned Citizens Commission on Human Rights. CCHR has since been responsible for scores of mental health legislative changes on several continents, including the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. There is conclusive evidence that nutritional deprivation and allergies can manifest in the tragedy of mental illness symptoms. Therefore, promotion of sound nutrition has always been included in these changes. Current 'treatments' which do not acknowledge a holistic approach are questionable and their statistics highly suspect.

A similar situation exists with drug abuse throughout all levels of society, including the prison system. Alan has been directly involved with the widely successful Narconon program, originating in 1966 in Arizona State Prison. Indeed, he headed the program internationally for a time in the 1970's. Since then Narconon has taken countless thousands of clients, both inside and outside prisons, successfully through its detoxification and rehabilitation program. Close attention is paid to full rehabilitation through nutrition, and in raising personal awareness, integrity and responsibility. He has lectured widely and extensively on total rehabilitation being the answer, and not merely "harm minimisation", which sees addicts placed on a different harmful drug (eg: Methadone) and encouraged to 'learn to live with their problem.' By contrast, total, effective rehabilitation returns individuals to a drug-free state and full citizenry within their respective communities.

Through his own natural medicine studies restoring homeostasis to body, mind and spirit, Alan is keenly aware of and committed to the giant strides now being made within the exciting spectrum of Human Wellness. Mr Peter Swain was born in England and came to Australia in 1981, where he worked in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth for an International Engineering Company with its Head Office based in England. He continued to work with them for 10 years before starting up his own Engineering Consultancy in Perth, Western Australia.

He is qualified in Mechanical Engineering and has Degree Certification in Marketing. Most of his professional career has been spent working in the Industrial, Mining and Oil & Gas industries in Senior Management roles.

As a young man he adopted football as his favourite sport and played both as an Amateur and Semi Professional up until the age of 30 yrs old when he retired due to a back injury. Still wanting to be actively involved in his favourite sport, Peter decided to go ahead and take his Football Coaching Badges and within 5 years had gained Full Badge Status which enabled him to coach at Senior Professional level and also to operate as a licensed Instructor for the Australian Soccer Association where he ran coaching courses for the purpose of training up and coming Coaches. He is an Arsenal supporter and has a soft spot for Luton Town football club where He and his Family lived prior to him coming out to Australia.

Peter joined Krching in 2006 and built his network in Australia, he later left Krching due to the workload within his own Engineering Consultancy. He then relooked at the new Krching model at the end of 2008, liked what he saw and came to Jakarta at the end of January 2009 to investigate further opportunities with Delma Davies President of Krching, which resulted in an agreement to become the Thailand Licensee.

Why Thailand? Well having lived and worked in Thailand on a number of Engineering Projects Peter had gained a wonderful understanding of the Thai culture, and combine this with his vast personal and business contacts there, and seeing the enthusiasm for direct marketing in Asia, led Peter to apply for the Thai license with Krching.

Peter's team is currently translating all documentation currently available on the Krching Website. A Marketing and Support office will be established in Bangkok and will be fully operational by launch date 22 August 2009. 

Faye Davies Profile:

Faye Davies has been involved successfully with the Direct Marketing Industry for over 13 years.

Faye, a single mother of three, has a passion to help people have a good experience in this industry, by being associated with companies that provide high quality Australian products, long term sustainability and equal, fair opportunity for all who become involved.

Faye found the direct selling industry allowed her to be able to enjoy her work whilst raising her children, being able to keep the schedule of a mother and earn decent money for everyday needs. Faye had a baby and two other young children when she began her career path in this industry.

Faye joined Krching as one of its founding members and now has taken a corporate role as Leader Sales & Marketing Australia.

Born and raised in Sydney Australia, I have lived all my life in and around Sydney's famous Northern Beaches area.

After attending university for my Electrical Engineering degree, I was employed in a research and development capacity for a medical electronics company. That's where I also grew a deep interest in maintaining health before any problems occurred.

I have built and supported electronic test and measurement systems, designed and manufactured furniture, worked in acoustics and built public address and amplified music sound systems for large halls. I was also a semi-professional musician, live sound mixing engineer, studio recording engineer, video cameraman, photographic model and actor.

I found that surfing, windsurfing and snowboarding got me excited to be outdoors. I have climbed high mountains and jumped off them with ropes and hanggliders.

Now I spend most of my time helping people achieve financial and health freedom.

Living the life they dreamed of… Not one that is planned for them by someone else who has no real interest in their future..

As founder of SmartFone and Managing Director of Trius Technology, I have been developing telecommunications tools and web marketing systems for many years. Some worked well... some not so well... lots of money was well spent... and lots of experience was gained.

In 1994, when Australia started deregulating telecommunications, I started a telecommunications company which provided some of the first phone cards, internet services, websites, and prepaid mobile phones in Australia. In 1990 I was introduced to network marketing by a good friend. With great belief in the process of referral and affiliate marketing, over the next few years I built a number of business organisations to many thousands of happy affiliates and distributors which to this day still provides me with great passive income.

After studying Biochemistry, Jeanette joined the well known organisation of Procter & Gamble, in the Quality Control Laboratories. The need for creativity led Jeanette to apply her considerable Scientific skill to the area of  Cosmetic Science. That decision has resulted, over the past 18 years, in continuing development of countless unique skin care formulations.

Jeanette believes in being totally involved in the cosmetic industry which requires her to keep up to date with trends and cutting edge technology. Part of that belief saw her become an active Council Member of  'Coschem', the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, where she continued to hold an integral role for 5 years. Jeanette was involved in several committees, which included her teaching keen young scientists the art and science of formulation development.

Jeanette also became an important member of CTFA (Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association) with the aim to promote responsible skin care by being involved in drawing up regulations for the cosmetic industry to follow.

A sought after and successful consultant for the past 9 years, operating form Perth Western Australia, Jeanette continued  to further her qualifications by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Jeanette has been tutoring and lecturing in Marketing and Management at a Perth University for the past 4 years.

A mother of two beautiful young adults, Jeanette believes in upholding strong family values. This December she will be celebrating 30 years of marriage to Andrew.

My name is Ni Wayan Suryati most people called me YANICK, I joined Krching in 2009 as Member Support and PA to the President.

As a graduate from Warmadewa University , where I completed a Bachelor Degree majoring in English Language, I believe I have a lot to offer to the Krching business having worked my way through university I have a good grasp on business and high work ethic.  Born in Bali and  now living in Sanur Bali,  I hope to meet you all while travelling throughout Indonesia to assist Ms Delma Davies or when you visit us in beautiful Bali.

Ketut Widana has many years experience in Network Marketing and more main stream businesses. He began as a member of Krching, moved to a role of Support and Office Manager and now has returned to the field as a member. Ketut says, "I earn more money in the field".

Leonard S Tubagus Richard known as Leo to his team and all at Krching is at the core of the business in Jakarta, however he has strong teams in many other areas of Indonesia and soon in Thailand..
